I’m not sure what triggered this outburst—most likely it was everything I witnessed during my graduation thesis defense.

As some of you might have noticed, the official website of Bobtail-Bear (bobtail-bear.cn) now redirects directly to Google Code. Due to constraints on my time and energy, I have no choice but to put Bobtail-Bear on the backburner for now. I’m about to graduate from my wonderful university and kickstart my professional career, so I’m officially announcing that Bobtail-Bear is being archived indefinitely. If anyone is interested in continuing its development, feel free to hit me up so we can break the seal, haha!~

After being busy for quite a while, the core functionality of JobNefu 3.0 has finally been completed, and it has officially launched for beta testing [Check it out here]. This is my first time attempting to build an application using ThinkPHP as the framework, and overall the experience has been fantastic! Huge thanks to Liu Nian for all the hard work put into building ThinkPHP, hehe~ Hopefully, when I have some free time, I can write some cool stuff with TP for everyone.

I can’t believe 2008 is already here. It feels a bit sudden, yet full of things to look forward to. Looking back quietly at the path I’ve walked, I can really feel myself growing. Many of my perspectives have matured, but the motto at the core of my heart will never change: “Be true, be happy” (真自己，真快乐). I will continue to be myself and continue to experience joy! 2008, Do myself!

Without even realizing it, I’ve joined the ranks of the “Beijing Drifters” (北漂). Haha, thinking back, everything happened so incredibly fast. From sending out my resume, to the interview, the internship, and finally getting hired—the whole process was a whirlwind.

This one-month internship really made me feel like I’ve grown up quite a bit. I had to figure out and handle almost everything by myself. Even though it wasn’t my first time in Beijing, many of the things I observed were definitely worth reflecting on and pondering. I still remember the words written on the wall of my rented room: “Persevere” and “Strive”. Seeing those words every single day always stirred up slightly different emotions in me. I think I’m going to love this new chapter of life, but before that kicks off, I should make sure to fully cherish and enjoy the rest of my college days~

Due to the shutdown of the Bobtail-Bear official website, many users have recently been unable to log in to look up their license IDs or request new free licenses.

Here is a brief explanation: the official site went offline because the Ministry of Information Industry’s ICP filing (Bei’an) system underwent an upgrade, which unfortunately caused our existing approved filing records to get lost. Consequently, we are currently in the process of re-applying for our ICP filing. Because we cannot reuse the original filing materials, the new application process has been quite a bumpy road.

As soon as the website’s filing is completed, normal functions will be restored. Please bear with us and stay patient; we will resolve all pending issues as soon as the site is back online. In the meantime, new users can use Bobtail-Bear for free without needing to apply for a license ID for now.

Due to issues with ICP filing (备案) for the bobtail-bear.cn domain, the official Bobtail-Bear website is currently closed. It will reopen once the ICP filing is successfully approved. To ensure everyone can continue using the software in the meantime, I am providing the download links for the latest version of Bobtail-Bear here.

I’ve been looking forward to this for so long, haha. The day before yesterday, I officially received an internship offer from Sina! I’m absolutely thrilled~ This is the first time I’ve felt so close to the professional world. I really hope my performance can make Sina happy, heheh~
